Willy is an undergraduate student at St. Olaf College pursuing a major in social work with a concentration in education.
After he graduates he plans on pursuing his master's degree in social work, with a goal of becoming a high school social worker in his hometown of New York City.

Willy was born and raised in the Bronx and lived with his mother and two brothers. Willy believes there is a need for more social workers in low-income neighborhoods like in his hometown. Willy is passionate about issues that involve poverty and criminal justice as he has witnessed and experienced many different occasions in which people in his neighborhood suffered from these two social constructs.

Willy spends his leisure time by watching basketball and baseball. Willy also loves to workout and hang out with his
friends when he has time. Willy is looking forward to interning at Daily Work and developing his leadership skills as he
tries to help job seekers achieve whatever they are looking to accomplish.
