Dave worked for the DuPont and 3M Companies for a combined total of 31 years; most of his experience involved chemical and drug safety, and pharmaceutical R&D. He has extensive organization and project management experience. Dave is a graduate of St. Olaf College (BA) and the University of Wisconsin - Madison (PhD). He was chair of the Daily Work Board of Directors most of the time from when it became a nonprofit in 2006 until 2016; he joined the board again in 2020. Dave lives with wife Linnea in Mendota Heights, MN.
