In 2024, 30 percent of Daily Work job seekers held college degrees, but we often struggled to provide the specialized guidance they needed, especially around networking and corporate culture. Prosperity Ready's programming fills this long-standing gap, allowing us to be a stronger resource for them.

If your advanced skills and education aren't getting you the opportunities you deserve, Daily Work—now through Prosperity Ready—can support you in navigating the job market.
Prosperity Ready is a 12-week online course taught by experts in human resources, image management, and marketing through live weekly sessions. You’ll receive personalized career coaching, including guidance on resume writing, LinkedIn profile development, networking, interviewing, and navigating corporate culture. You’ll also gain valuable skills in wellness practices, impression management, and negotiating job offers. Throughout the course, you’ll have opportunities to meet and network with employers actively seeking new employees.
In addition to the group sessions, you can work one-to-one with your own employment counselor, who will provide personalized support to address your specific job search needs. Our tailored approach will guide you through the job market, helping you secure meaningful employment that truly reflects your expertise.
Right now, Daily Work is preparing to launch the initial course sometime this summer. We will post more information about the start date and how to join as soon as it becomes available. Prosperity Ready's History
Lisa Perez, Founder and CEO of Prosperity Ready, spent over 25 years as a Human Resources executive in Fortune 500 organizations. Throughout her career, she witnessed the barriers and inequities diverse people face in the workforce. Frustrated by the slow pace of change, Lisa recognized that organizations needed to address the talent gap by building more inclusive workplaces. She decided to make a bigger impact by shifting her focus to serve immigrant communities directly, learning from their lived experiences and discovering how the systems she had helped create unintentionally hindered their success.
Prosperity Ready was founded in 2018 to address the workforce barriers faced by immigrants with degrees and advanced skills, while also partnering with employers to transform the systems that have been hindering their success. The name embodies the idea that prosperity is about more than just wealth—it represents well-being, security, health, and the ability to design your own future.
Today, Lisa is excited to pass the reins of Prosperity Ready to Daily Work, knowing that the program will continue to grow and expand to meet the changing needs of immigrants in our community.
