Linda holds a B.A. in psychology and sociology from New Mexico State University and an M.S. in counseling psychology from Central Washington University. She worked as a school counselor in the Yakima, Washington Public Schools and was district coordinator of the school district K-12 counseling program. She has taught classes to high school students in topics such as study skills, career and college planning, personal finance, and employment skills such as writing resumes and interviewing. She has been a speaker at several home school conferences and support groups.
Linda has her own consulting business assisting home educating (home school) families with high school and college planning and presents workshops for home educating parents on the subjects of creating transcripts, developing four-year plans for high school, preparing for college, and homeschooling through high school. She liked volunteering at Daily Work so much that she convinced her spouse, Mike, to volunteer, too!
