As Daily Work’s Field Education & Training Manager, Allison oversees the support and guidance of Daily Work's case management team, ensuring high-quality, effective services for job seekers. She earned her BA in Psychology from the University of Minnesota and her MSW from Augsburg College. Allison has over 30 years of experience in community practice, including leadership roles at Goodwill Easter Seals, Neighborhood House, and the Minneapolis Veterans Affairs research department. Allison also leads Daily Work’s training and field education efforts for social work students, ensuring they have meaningful, high-quality internship experiences that build their skills and confidence. In this role, Allison guides the team in delivering consistent, relationship-centered service.
