Anisha Kinra immigrated from India in 2006. She studied Political Science at the University of Delhi and is a Learning and Development professional with over fifteen years of experience in the field. Currently, Anisha is part of the change enablement team where she uses the Proci methodology to help teams transition through change effectively. A passionate advocate of DEI, Anisha is an engaged community member. Over the past two decades she has volunteered with many non-profit organizations including Seva and Salaam Balak Trust in Delhi and Catholic Charities and International Rescue Committee in Texas. She lives in Little Elm, Texas with her husband and son, and enjoys reading, traveling and YouTube cooking!
