For 30 years, Andrew has worked in a variety of technical and manufacturing roles supporting a wide range of products and industries.  His familiarity with roles in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and continuous improvement gives him a unique opportunity to help job seekers and prepare them for industrial settings.

Andrew first became connected with Daily Work through a social impact project in which he helped to standardize tasks to help with training and supporting volunteers.  After that experience, he maintained a connection with the organization which ultimately resulted in the opportunity to join the board.

Andrew has a bachelors of science degree in mechanical engineering from Iowa State University and a masters of science degree in manufacturing systems from the University of Minnesota.  In his free time, Andrew likes to spend time with his family, create abstract paintings, and learn new languages.
