Ashraf Ashkar is an experienced leader in housing stability, community development, and equity-focused programming with over a decade of experience across nonprofit and public sectors. He has a strong track record of leading multidisciplinary teams, managing programs, and building strategic partnerships that support underserved communities, particularly in housing, youth development, and wellness.
Ashraf brings deep expertise in program design, data-driven decision-making, staff development, and systems change, combined with a strong commitment to advocacy and empowerment. Fluent in Arabic and English, he is skilled in facilitating cross-cultural dialogue and building inclusive environments.
He holds a Master’s degree in Intercultural Service, Leadership, and Management and has completed advanced trainings in public policy and conflict transformation. He is excited to share perspectives with Daily Work's board and further support underserved communities to thrive.
