Edder is a Case Manager who thrives on helping people discover their strengths and build meaningful careers. With a background in community work and a passion for empowering others, he believes in meeting people where they are and walking alongside them as they work toward stability, confidence, and success.

Edder is passionate about helping individuals reach their goals and confidently navigate life’s challenges. He excels at building strong relationships, finding creative solutions to complex problems, and supporting job seekers in creating sustainable, fulfilling paths forward.

In his free time, Edder enjoys spending time with his dog, Metro, relaxing with loved ones, exploring new coffee shops and restaurants, unwinding with a good show, and being outdoors. He’s fueled by curiosity, a love of learning, and the belief that through our daily efforts, we can push back against barriers and move toward lasting, positive change.
