Lindsay started their career in youth development nonprofits and a year of service as an AmeriCorps member with New Sector Alliance. Through their work Lindsay saw the value and influence of programs focused on youth education and social-emotional learning and the impact these programs can have on students from the underserved and under-resourced communities. This influenced their commitment to social justice and educational equity. These values led Lindsay to complete a Master of Social Work degree with Augsburg University. 

In November, Lindsay joined Daily Work as our project manager, stepping into a key role leading Prosperity Ready and our new Practice Driving Program, and in March they were promoted to Interim Program Director, where they will oversee all aspects of our program development and evaluation.
