Teiana is honored to be a part of the Daily Work team again! She received her BA in Race & Ethnic Studies and Religion, along with a concentration in Education at St. Olaf College. In college, Teiana spent a summer interning as a case manager at Daily Work. Her internship helped inspire her to work in the non-profit world. 

She now works in Human Resources at Ampersand Families, a local adoption and permanency non-profit. Outside of work, Teiana is lead vocalist in a local band called The Umamies. Along with music, Teiana loves to read, go on long walks while listening to a good podcast, and spending time with friends and family.

Teiana has seen first hand how Daily Work goes above and beyond to support their job seekers. She is inspired by Daily Work's commitment to removing barriers for immigrants and other Minnesota job seekers, and is excited to show her support through her involvement in the board.
