Steps to Success: Join Us in Celebrating 25 Years of Daily Work

In 1999, a group of visionary pastors from Twin Cities congregations came together with a shared commitment to supporting people in their communities facing barriers to employment. Their goal was to create a jobs ministry that would connect people with quality, sustainable-wage jobs. In 2000, that vision became a reality with the founding of Daily Work.

Now, 25 years later, Daily Work has made a lasting impact in the lives of thousands of job seekers and the broader community. As we celebrate this milestone, join us in reflecting on all we’ve accomplished together and look ahead with excitement to the future.

The Steps to Success Benefit is Daily Work's annual gathering to support Daily Work's transformational comprehensive employment services. This year marks our 12th Annual Steps to Success Event and 25th Anniversary—a celebration of the perseverance and achievements of job seekers committed to building better lives through work.

The event is free to attend and features delicious food, a cash bar, and free parking—all wrapped into an unforgettable night of inspiring stories, connection, and dreaming about the future of Daily Work.
