These practical supports open doors to opportunity and strengthen families, while helping employers connect with the talent our economy needs.

Today, nearly 80% of the people we serve are immigrants – many of whom continue to face profound disruption and uncertainty due to ICE and Operation Metro Surge. Access to work and stability will be essential to recovery not only for individuals and families, but for the betterment of our entire community.

The Steps to Success Benefit is Daily Work's annual gathering to support Daily Work's transformational comprehensive employment services. The event is free to attend and features delicious food, a cash bar, and free parking—all wrapped into an unforgettable night of inspiring stories, connection, and dreaming about the future of Daily Work.
