Bryan Morben is a shareholder with the law firm Fredrikson & Byron, P.A in its Minneapolis office. Bryan is an experienced employment and labor attorney who primarily counsels and represents businesses and executives in a wide range of workplace and employee issues, including almost every type of employment claim, noncompete and other business tort matters, ERISA litigation, and labor/union related issues. Bryan has represented a number of nonprofits with their labor and employment matters over the years and also takes pride in his pro bono work for clients. Bryan joined the Daily Work Board of Directors to help support its mission because he truly believes that reducing barriers for job seekers results in a better community for all.
