Judy brings deep experience in developing, fostering and optimizing the unique skills of a small nonprofit. Her role includes general office administration, financial management, volunteer management, and more. In her 25+ years with nonprofits, she held multiple roles at the St. Paul Jewish Federation, was Manager of Board Governance at MAP for Nonprofits, and a management consultant with the Amherst H. Wilder Foundation. In addition to professional experience in the public and private sectors, she a published author, holds an MA in Organization Development and is a BoardSource Certified Governance Trainer.
